Class News:

* Next week we will be taking the Stanford 9 Standardized Test.  Please try to make sure your child is at school on time each day next week. During testing week we ask that you send two snacks with your child.  We will have a break during morning testing to have a snack.  Then we will have our usual snack time in the afternoon.  We ask the morning snack be healthy and simple because we will only have about 10 minutes for snack.  Also, please remember to send a water bottle with your child.

* In reading we are doing a little test prep by working on the Practice Book.  We have explained to the third graders that we want them to do their best and we don't want them stressed out over the testing.

*During testing week we will take a break from multiplication testing.  We will continue the week of April 22.

* Ms. Beilharz forgot to mention that the students do not need to know circumference, radius, and diameter for the test on Friday.  Don't forget the quizlet flash cards.  If you need the information please see last week's blog. 

*Remember - since we have two tests this week we will not have any spelling words.
