Wednesday: Spelling sentences, Read,Study multiplication facts
Thursday: Study for spelling test, Study multiplication facts
Friday: Enjoy time with family and friends!

* There will be a  multiplication test later this week!  It will only be on the multiplication facts students should be studying weekly!!!  We aren't telling you the day on purpose!


Class News:

Rainforest:  We are on the home stretch to finishing our rainforest reports.  We have been busy typing the reports.  This week we will create the cover and the bibliography!! We are also writing beautiful rainforest poetry to share with you at the open house.

Math:  We will continue to review division this week.  Keeping studying those facts.  See above note!! We are also starting our unit on fractions. 

Science:  We are having fun learning about foods and spices of the Rain Forest, especially learning about chocolate, tree to table. The kids have a checklist for home to see how many Rain Forest products you have already! This should be turned in on Thursday. We will also have a discussion about some of the medicines created from Rain Forest plants.
