Class News:
Rainforest - this week we are working on our other interesting facts research.  The students are getting better at researching their animal.  The animals look great!  Thank you for all your hard work.  We will also start learning all the names of the animals and a fact about each animal.  Ms. Beilharz's class is starting their poetry book while Mrs. Barber's class is working on their layer paper.

Math - we continue to work on  fractions.  We are working on mixed numbers and improper fractions. We use the ipads to find equivalent fractions on an app called Virtual Manipulatives.

Science - We have the delicious job of finding out about how cacao is processed into our favorite chocolate treats! What a fitting week to do so! Mrs. Willis will talk to us this week about her job working with chcolate! YUM!
